5 / Terms

Terms and conditions

  1. All amounts are in NTD, exclusive of tax. Official receipts are issued by the Taiwanese Association for Artificial Intelligence (TAAI).
  2. Complimentary registrations must be completed by November 6, 2026; unused slots after the deadline are forfeited.
  3. Logo size and placement follow sponsorship tier; within a tier, the order in which payment is received.
  4. Artwork, logo files, and booth requirements are due by October 23, 2026. Benefits without materials by the deadline are deemed waived and are non-refundable.
  5. Attendee lists are not provided. Sponsors may collect information at their booths with attendees' consent.
  6. If the event moves online due to force majeure, the fee is adjusted to 60% of the original amount, with the difference refunded or credited to the following year.
  7. The organizer reserves the right to make final adjustments and decisions regarding the packages and benefits listed here.
