Presenting authors must complete their online registration by November 13, 2026 to secure their presentation slot.

Before you register.

Payment & registration

Please register individually through the online registration system on the conference website.
Complete registration requires full payment and the relevant supporting documents; registration will not be processed without them.
The conference reserves the right to remove abstracts/papers from the program if the author fails to register or complete payment before November 13, 2026 (GMT+8).
Registration is only valid upon receipt of the full payment.
Payment must be made in New Taiwan Dollars by credit card only. Only international Visa, Mastercard, and JCB cards are accepted.

Registration confirmation

A notification email is sent by the online registration system to confirm your application. If you do not receive it, please contact the Registration Office before trying to register again.

A confirmation of registration is issued upon receipt of your completed payment. Payment confirmation emails may be classified as spam (depending on your mail provider's settings) — please check your spam folder. Registrations without the relevant supporting documents and full payment by the designated deadline will be treated as on-site registration by the Conference Secretariat.

On-site registration

The deadline for regular registration is November 13, 2026. All registrations and payments received after this date are considered on-site registration and processed on-site. On-site registration accepts payment by cash (NT$) and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and JCB) only.

Cancellation & refund policy

Notification of cancellation and requests for refunds must be sent in writing (by email) to the TAAI 2026 Registration Office. The following policy applies:

Before the early-bird deadline: full refund of prepaid fees.
After the early-bird deadline: no refund is applicable.

All refunds are processed after the conference has concluded.

Disclaimer

Every attempt will be made to present the program as published. However, the 31st International Conference on Technologies and Applications of Artificial Intelligence (TAAI 2026) reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, programs, or other items relating directly or indirectly to the conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control, and is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result. In the event of cancellation of the conference, all prepaid fees will be refunded in full.

Insurance

Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings, theft, or damage to their belongings.
